I foolishly ran apt autoremove on the RPI 3b hosting my MagicMirror recently and after having to reinstall electron and some dependencies it seemed that it was working again as I could view the screen over the web at myip:12000 however this is what the display looks like0_1570198904068_7CD0C824-0177-44C8-84E5-B0134E0A925E.jpeg

    Any ideas?

Looks like the screensaver got installed or activated again.
Disable the screensaver and all should be fine.
