Magic Mirror Photobooth

Hello Everyone,

I’m currently building my own magic mirror photobooth, which is going quite ok.

Before completing this build I have one main question I can’t find anywhere. At the moment my camera is positioned vertically (I saw this in a tutorial). However I’m strongly delting if this is correct, should my camera not be mounted horizontally?

Can anyone help me with this?

my webcam is intended to be mounted on the top edge of my display.

Depends if you are doing a full length mirror, you would want your camera to reflect that
