@thgmirror the MM should says starting a fetcher for
      like this from my system

Create new news fetcher for url: http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml - Interval: 300000

this will show in the terminal window where npm start was done, or in the logs if pm2
      pm2 logs --lines=100

@thgmirror also, is your config set to address:“0.0.0.0” or “localhost”

if localhost, then u must use localhost or 127.0.0.1

@sdetweil said in Newsfeed with own RSS2 resp. XML:

          http://localhost:8080/os

Also localhost has no affect…and the solution yoi mentioned before I’ll try later;-)

@thgmirror sorry, the root is /MagicMirror, but the available paths under are modules etc

            so, this works

            http://localhost:8080/modules/podcasts.rss2

and the file is located in MagicMirror/modules

I moved the file to the modules-folder and now it works!!!

I plan to use the Newsfeed-ticker to display a protocoll of my podcast-downloader…I have some special requirements;-)

              Thank you, Sam
