"weather" module hangs at "Loading..."
-
Regardless of the which provider I chose the “weather” module stops at “Loading…” the other modules are loading fine. here is my code:
{ module: "weather", position: "top_right", config: { weatherProvider: "weathergov", units: "config.units", tempUnits: "config.units", windUnits: "config.units", roundTemp: "true", updateInterval: "1000", api: "https://api.weather.gov/points/", weatherEndpoint: "/forcast", lat: "38.9536", lon: "-94.7336", type: "current" } }, -
@goobertek don’t post twice…
I deleted the duplicate

@goobertek read the readme…
you’ve got a typo
weatherEndpoint The weather.gov API endPoint. Possible values: /forecast for forecast and /forecast/hourly for current. This value is REQUIRED -
Thanks for the support but I am still getting “Loading…” The only thing I changed was:
weatherEndPoint: “/forecast”,
-
I think there is something more fundamentally wrong with my config file because I can’t get the default weather config to work. Here is my config file:
{ module: "weather", position: "top_right", config: { type: 'current' } },It just sits at “Loading” while all those before and after work fine. How long should this take to load?

@goobertek the doc says there is a whole bunch of options
https://docs.magicmirror.builders/modules/weather.html#configuration-options
that go inside the
config: { }section
-
Thanks!
I was thinking about that but the documentation indicates where something is required. I had all of the options added but that didn’t work either. I am running the Mirror Server. Would that make a difference?
