can anyone post an example of the config.js to configure my google assistant, when I call jarvis it appears but otherwise nothing happens,
do I have to put something separately in the config file for each event?
this is my config:modules: [ { module: "MMM-GoogleAssistant", position: "top_bar", config: { assistantConfig: { latitude: 51.3893229, longitude: -4.5900218, }, micConfig: { // put there configuration generated by auto-installer recorder: "arecord", device: "plughw:2", }, }
what else should I insert

here is an example
-
there is always a text with: I don’t understand you
-
@raf his video shows no text response
-
yes he does show text but it is difficult to see on the video, he shows: I do not understand you and he only gives text and no speech
i will try to make a new video tomorrow which is more clear
-
@raf :
I see 2 reasons for this
- You have another Mic application using by another module
in this case it’s the Mic Fight GA win the first time (detector: jarvis) and lost the second time (listening the question) - Credentials and/or token is not correct (something missing in google setup part or bad Credentials download)
Google return an error and close the conversation

I tried to install an assistant on my site, but it’s not possible through the admin panel. I ordered the service from the programmers, they did it quickly. Now I use an assistant.

All changes are made in the site code, so it is better to entrust the work to professionals.

@WendyColbert this looks like a garbage post (your two)… what does ‘site’ mean? and who are the ‘professionals’
we are all volunteer here, and no one is available (generally) work for hire…
