Cant get to Rotate!

I have built around 10 magic mirrors. My newest one using raspberry pi 3b. I can not find a code that lets me rotate it all. Nothing works. Do any of you guys have any ideas? It’s like stuck in default deskstop. The client doesn’t want that?

tried all of them before i posted this. They don’t do anything. Nothing!
