anyhow… I copied the steps in the wiki and made a script

download, mark executable,
erase the MagicMirror/modules/MMM-AwesomeAlexa folder

then run the script…

i didn’t write the steps… just made a script of the steps…

so far its worked every time, on every platform I’ve used it on.

as for Alexa, see this , amazon really doesn’t care

@sdetweil I have started the download now. my main goal is Turkish assistant, but no voice control module supports Turkish. I’m just at the beginning of the road trying to understand how things are progressing. I think I can set up a smart home system more easily with alexa. I wanted my internship from Alexa, if there is any other module you can suggest, I can evaluate it.

@toramanderler there will be lots of errors. only the end matters.

cannot read screen shot.

use ssh and then u can copy paste text.

u cannot control devices any more. azon requires your Alexa ‘device’ to pass security audit, and execute exactly like Alexa on echo.

@sdetweil sam thank you for taking care of me i have been trying to install this module for 2 days. If I can’t manage my devices, there’s no point in using it. Is there another module you can recommend? I will be able to use spotify, turn the lights on and off, and most importantly, talk and get things done.
