      Hi

I have a Samsung Washer and a Samsung Dryer that both have wifi. Was working hard to find any good use for it as the set up is really complicated and they keep disconnecting etc etc so I never go in to the app anymore to check when I can expect the laundry to be finished. Would love if I could get the info up on my Magic Mirror though. I am no coder and have no idea how it could work. But just checking here if anyone else could be interested in it and could have a look at how to solve it.

      Thanks

bunch of discussion on reddit about the api… and there is also an IFTTT channel for the washer

https://ifttt.com/SamsungWasher and there are dryer events too…

This is what I use for my washer/dryer, mine is not on wifi so I have to rely on power and temp sensors to trigger a “running” or “done” state. It may be crude as I may not know exactly what I am doing but it works!

And I use Home Assistant (https://forum.magicmirror.builders/topic/10664/home-assistant-controling-my-magic-mirror) to trigger when you may use ifttt.
