Can u try the arecord -D hw:1,0 test.wav

@sdetweil i tried that but with duration 10, then did aplay test.wav and it said no file or directory, so it may be my mic or something, but it shows up in arecord -l.

Edit index J’s and change ‘plughw’ to ‘hw’
