MagicMirror Dimensions on Pi 4
-
I am using a:
Raspberry Pi 4 1gb Raspbian Buster
with a Spectre TV
Rotated 90 degrees through the display configuration settings in the settings area (NOT through display_rotate=1 in /boot/config)My MagicMirror app looks like this and is not formatted correctly. The desktop looks fine when MagicMirror is not running but when the app boots, it doesn’t know where the screen starts even if it’s oriented correctly. The screen ends up getting cut off.
What are the best solutions to this problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

remove the rotation from the settings area and add rotation to your css instead and see if that works better
how to is here : https://forum.magicmirror.builders/topic/9707/save-performance-when-rotating-screen-e-g-on-raspberry-pi

This worked! Unfortunate that the desktop is now rotated but can’t complain :)
Thanks!
