I have added a check in my scripts to prevent install/upgrade of 2.25 on buster until we have a workable fix…

is this a buster system, or bullseye?

          lsb_release -a

@sdetweil It is buster. I had to remove the wsl as it got corrupted and refused to do anything. Even running node -v came back with that primordial error.

@mumblebaj yes, the script will fix that

try the upgrade script again, with force instead of apply

it will remove and and add the right version of node the right way, including on buster

              please advise your results
