npm install fails

I have not been able to run the mirror because every time I try to start it fails here is the log.

after looking around on the forum I decided to try npm install which returns one line

npm WARN grunt-yamllint@0.2.0 requires a peer of grunt@~0.4.0 but none was installed.

I cannot make any sense of this and have tried updating electron and nodejs and i installed MM with the line on the home page I am using a rasperry pi 3 with the latest version of raspien non lite version.
