Been using Carousel for a few years now and it works great. You can have pretty much as many modules as you want circulate through with it.
I would like to have the ability to have each or individual modules timed to stay up longer or shorter time periods, but have not really dove into working out that small issue with carousel…

      Slow learner. But trying anyways.

I keep getting a need for user name and password to git clone your module.
        WHY?
None of the other modules are doing this.

@plainbroke so, on your individual modules thought.

longer, what would you do if it’s page is rolling out?,
so do you have an undeclared page in the rotation suddenly? , or does it extend the page time?
shorter, you want it to hide on its page before the page changes?

I would like to keep my photos module running say 5 mins and the rest 90 seconds.

            Slow learner. But trying anyways.

@plainbroke the question was is this a page, or a module on a page you want to control.
