So I’m new to Magic Mirror, but I’m trying to add the MMM-AVStock module. I have gone through the process of installation, and I can run the simple module, but not the detailed module? The error is

“WARNING! Could not validate config file. Starting with default configuration. Please correct the syntax errors at or above this line: ReffrenceError: Cannot acess ‘config’ before initialization at Object.” etc

When running the simple module I get

“We expected a redirect to guce.yahoo.com, but got https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/APPL/“

But the simple module still appears.

      Any thoughts?

@celectroz I bet one of the default properties says config.

        that doesnt work anymore.
        yep

        locale: config.language

I think you will have to edit the MMM-AVStock.js and change that to your language string, ‘en’ for English.

Could you provide examples of correctly formatted config snippets for the MMM-AVStock module to help ensure that my setup adheres to best practices? Understanding the proper configuration may significantly enhance my ability to utilize the detailed module effectively.
