@sdetweil: I can’t THANK YOU enough! The installation process you created worked perfectly. I’ve been struggling with MM for a while now every time an upgrade would come out. I started over today from your scripts and things are going GREAT! My question to you is about MMM-Google-Assistant. I’m going to try to add Google Photos to my MM install through EXT-GooglePhotos. In the prerequisite section the author mentions, “Magic Mirror must NOT be installed with sudo command” and " Magic Mirror must be installed according to the magic mirror website (and NOT with any other internet tutorial!)".

I really want to get GooglePhotos working, but do not want to risk the installation I have going, so I thought I’d ask you if you knew of any issues with the installation of MMM-Google Assistant with EXT-GooglePhotos after one of your scripted installations?

      Thank you again!

      Ed

@EdKeil i do not use sudo for the MagicMirror install
and the installation is exactly what you would get doing it manually

my script is listed in the documentation, alternative install methods

lots of other folks have installed GoogleAssistant
        without trouble
