But i think you have the best mirror.Hi both. This is not yet a real binding order. It is just a collection to see if there are enough users interested in a second order. Currently there is no time frame at all.
Feel free to add yourself to the list

If you are interested, please write your order data (dimensions, delivery or pickup, additional comments, location) here in the thread. Yawns or I will then introduce you to the list :) that was before misunderstood expressed by Yawns. You can write a comment here in the thread to join the list, but you can’t write in the Spreadsheets by yourself ;)

@Goldjunge_Chriz
thanks for providing the pictures.Now I know that I will buy a mirror glas that is larger then the monitor. The follow up question is therefore: What is the largest mirror glas you can ship (within Germany). I could look up the maximum size the post allows but I don’t know how much I would have to subtract for package.
One other question: According to the table most people order mirrors with polished edges. As far as I read they cost extra (because it is extra work). Is there any advantage if one uses a frame around the mirror (which I assume most people actually do)?

The largest dimension the art dealer can deliver is 200x120cm. The advantages of a polished edge are that the edges are generally strengthened, the risk of injury is significantly reduced and, of course, the optical aspects. But the optical aspects are no longer visible in a framed mirror.

thanks for the quick reply. I really appreciate your work.I’m not sure if you understood my question regarding maximum shipment size. I meant the shipment from you to me (I can’t pick the mirror up at your place). At least at DHL the maximum size of a parcel is 1.20 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m. From these sizes one has to subtract some (?) cm for package. On the table there are already some mirrors with “delivery” option that are larger then these sizes (e.g 1.25 x 0.7). Do you use a different company then DHL or how do you do the delivery and how much does it approximately cost?

Yes I have an art forwarder who transport the mirror to your adress ;) For large mirrors I commissioned an art forwarder with the transport. The price is about 50 euros.

Hi there,
- Raspi available: check
- Monitor available: check
- Mirror available: still open
After having found a 32" Philips TV which just needs some power supply unit-treatment to work again, the next step is to order the mirror. Please add me to the spreadsheet, @yawns
0.9x0.6 // 0.54 // Munich // polished edges // delivery/pickup (?)
@yakko2001, @SevenrockMirror: As the two of you plan to pick up the mirror in Schweinfurt, would it be possible to have you pick up my mirror as well and we meet in Munich once it is here? This way we can save some gas. Better for the environment as well…
Thank you very much!
Matthias
