Cybertecture Mirror
-
Finally I found the time to bring my 6 year old Cybertecture Mirror back to life.
Sneak Peek from ubergizmo
I installed a 60GB SSD and installed Linux Mint. MagicMirror2 runs great on it. The original software was at that time still in beta-stage and therefore not fully developed.
At that time I tried to write my own software because there was nothing comparable at that time. But I gave it up pretty quickly. Here you can see the last update many years ago…
First Software testNext I try to program a module which can communicate with the original body scales. I want to make the cables disappear in the wall and connect it to Homeassistant. Now the mirror is hanging in the hallway and the second one’s probably in the bathroom or he will be sold.
I look forward to lively discussions with you!
