I would suggest exploring the Windows route if you want “apps”.
And in that case choose a nuc pc or similar to power it all.About touch, the best way is probably an IR frame over the mirror.

when buying the ir frame do i get one with or without glass and do i put the mirror film ontop or behind it thanks

If you intend to use film you will need glass to apply it to, but I do recommend getting a real two-way mirror instead of film.
The ir frames are mounted on top of everything

Try tried an app two years ago but I didn’t remember the name. It was the best website I used it for your query also. You can download songs from soundcloud using something like this soundcloud downloader Just paste in the URL of the soundcloud song. And you get a mp3 download.
