The "best" voice control module

Hello everyone,
I’ve successfully installed the MagicMirror thanks to that video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO326ptdlco
So yes I have the Google Assistant SDK.Now i’m looking for a voice control module. I know that there are a lot of them but I don’t know which one to use.
Here’s what I want :
- Being able to use it in french
- Being able to edit modules using the voice (ex : Make the weather module disappear)
- Being able to add my own commands
So, if you know a voice control module that can combines all of those parameters let me know.
