if GAB is not a module then why do i need to config mmm-pages correctly?

i have GA set to “fullscreen_above” and the “with-BackgroundStatus” in the recipe queue.

i think GA is working like it should, however i dont see the google assistant & logo (like before pic below) i just see black where google logo is…

without recipe i have black background. with recipe in queue, still black background.

i didnt have GAB in MMM-pages and even with it in the fixed section of pages i still have black background

Hmmm, doesn’t seem to be working! should it just show up?

i did not edit the with-BackgroundStatus file as i like the jarvis, i dont think im missing any steps!?

where does the new assistant show up? in the top left corner where the 4 google dots are?

ive added the recipe with-BackgroundStatus.js to the GA List and theres been no changes?

curious to this aswell as i have the ReSpeaker 4 mic array with 12 leds and i was trying to do the same… as far as i know theres 4 stage: wake up, listen, think and speak. i have sample python scripts for each stage with a corresponding light patternand im still looking to see if i can figure it out where to call them from but no joy yet! :/

for me when looking through @Bugsounet code, it all appears on one line (no line breaks) and is pretty hard to try and read… is this on purpose and the same for all?

ive got the ReSpeaker 4 Mic array installed on my new mirror along side MMM-GoogleAsistant and im wondering if its possible to use the leds (call a python program) at the different stages: Activate, Listen, Think, Speak like the real Assistants.

also has anyone any experience in programming these leds? i have a amazon and google example to work from but would be good to have some pointers :)
