Edit: I thought I had this problem but I put
timeFormat: 'absolute',
showEnd: false,
in the wrong section. Once I put it in the config it worked.

In Windows you don’t need to “sudo” and that command does not exist. That is a *nix thing to say that you want to run with elevated privileges.
