I’m hoping someone can help. I’m a newbie to this and am having a random tech issue with a cheap usb mic.

This was all working perfectly I’ve not changed config, but I had to unplug the mirror (starting to make a frame) plugged it in and now I have an issue.

When I try and use MMM-GoogleAssistant It is going straight to error.

I have found the reason which is the usb mic default rate is set at 8000hz… This results in poor quality recording.

I’ve managed to change the test to higher quality (better and f2) both work absolutely fine.

I’ve tried to change the sample rate in the config file and also asoundrc but it doesn’t seem to save the setting…

Can anyone help me change the setting?

@Bolovai good to know it’s not just my config. Would be great if it stayed current when you use fixed in MMM-pages too… But it looks great… So small complaints 😂

Changed the pics, speed and font size too.

I’ve not got it quite behaving how I want. As it seems to not show the whole RSS for each story. And once it competes a story rather than go on to the next it repeats the same one…

Thinking there must be a way to change that too.

@Bolovai I’ve got the module working. I’m really new to this… When I’m reading the wiki. I look at the config and config sample… But I can’t see anything about the logo…

I’m using pages and interested in settingnup two different news feeds one for the BBC and one for sky sports and the way you have it configured is exactly how I’d like it to look.

I’m in the console tab… and getting lots of notifications…

Tried using filter to search for the things that you’ve mentioned but no results. I must be doing something wrong
