i found a workaround
1. cd MagicMirror
2. mkdir Test
3. cd Test
4. npm install python-shell@0.5.0
5. copy python-shell from Test/node_modules folder to MagicMirror/node_modules
6. also copy package.json to node_modules folder of MM
