My Mirror 27" LCD, Pi4 w/Camera facial recognition and Google Assistant

I’ve been watching this forum and wanting to build my own MM for quite a while. Recently someone was throwing out a working Samsung 27" LCD so I figured this was my chance.
I wanted to make a frameless floating mirror but I was in a rush to get a mirror and couldn’t find one that would cover the entire tv so I just bought this one from Amazon and figured I would make it work.

Because of the camera the wife isn’t comfortable with it in the house so it’s in the garage for now but I may take it to work to hang in the office eventually.
The bottom is just held on by some magnets so I can get to the controls and pi easily. I like it to be off until it detects a face and then have it display different messages/information depending on who it detects.
