MMM-Jellyfin - New module to display various bits from Jellyfin

Hi there,

As part of my own mirror project I wanted to be able to show recently added media from my Jellyfin instance. As part of that I’ve created a module that might be of use to someone other than me.

Still working on the now playing part of things.
