MMM-PIR-SENSOR and MMM-REMOTE-CONTROL screen off issue
-
Hello,
I have been using pir-sensor module for a while with succes. Screen was going to sleep after desired amount of time and was waking up even after several hours of inactivity when motion was detected.
Then I installed a remote-control plugin.
The issue is that after reboot everything is fine. Screen goes to sleep after couple of second as it is configured in pir plugin and if I move in front of a sensor within short amount of time then screen is waking up. But after longer time screen is black and monitor displays info that DVI input is activating but there is no signal.
On the other hand when I go to remote application (on the phone) and click Power->turn Monitor on - it is switching on.Do you know how it can be fixed? So the screen will wake up using pir sensor without the need to click in remote control app?
Thanks in advance
Regards

@Gooral
I had a similar issue and found out, that MMM-PIR-Sensor and MMM-Remote-Control uses different commands for sleep/wakeup of monitor.MMM-Pir-Sensor:
vcgencmd display_power 0
vcgencmd display_power 1MMM-Remote-Control:
tvservice -p
tvservice -oIn my case i was not able to wake up the screen by PIR when i send him to sleep by MMM-Remote-Control and the way back.
Maybe this information helps.
