so, it looks like u have another version running,

pm2 status
pm2 stop 0

then npm start

@sdetweil do I have to do that? I never did update the modules after I upgraded the mirror.

yes… if the base dependencies change, then u should update the dependencies of the modules

my automated upgrade script does all this.

@sdetweil ok so what shall I do now? I am lost. I always avoid updating my magicmirror as the new update always breaks it.

pm2 stop ??
where xx is the name or number of the item running

once u have nothing running, then redo the npm start from the MagicMirror folder so we can diagnose the rest of the problem
