News ticker module

Looking for a News Ticker module with local and international rss streams

Please send me a link if you have such a module.

Scrolling would be an added bonus.

add your own RSS feeds for whatever you want - google the name of the news source plus “rss” for their RSS feed.

Got it up and running thank you very much.

Also changed the background to none as per the readme file.

Only problem now is getting it run a little faster.

Check the module announcement here in the forums, I seem to recall speed was one of the things talked about.

@edwardssj good place to start with the config file breaking is the command

npm run config:check

in the magicmirror directory. It’ll tell you what you broke.

Thanks I do that except when I get to the error I am not sure how to fix it.
