Hi there,
I am Sandra, nearly 60 years old and living in Germany. Few days ago I found this project and I love it. Yesterday I did my first steps with MagicMirror. Therefor I am using a Raspi3 B+ and still an older 24" Full HD Display.
I got it running and made first adjustments of the existing modules to dig in. Well, it´s not realy trivial for an old woman but I think I will get it.Many thanks to all participants for this amazing project.
Kind regards

Hello! My name is Greg from North Carolina, US and I’m totally new to Magic Mirror. I’m familiar with Raspberry Pi but this is my first go into this world. I bought a Vilros Magic Mirror and trying to to figure out how to install Magic Mirror on my Raspberry Pi. Hoping to find some introductory tutorials on here. Any help is appreciated!! Looking forward to learning a lot!

@foxapplepiestyx not really a good place to learn that stuff… you should take some of the online courses…

Hi, I’m a 70 yr old grandma who was “forced” into learning how to rebuild my raspberrypi. My son made me one about 7 yrs ago but it got a corrupt card. He wasn’t able to replace it so I took it in to the geek squad as they said they could program it for me. After approximately 3 days later I got it back but nowhere near what I wanted.
Sooooo, I read some stuff, looked around, sat down and put it together. I’ve had a lot of help from the forum which I am very grateful for.
This will probably be my only project into coding, but it has been interesting and educational.
