      @Ali-Baba
      It is the first order in this form and therefore there are also no further experience reports. The mirror is really excellent and I think the pictures in the first post speak for themselves. So you do not have to worry about. Otherwise, you can also hope for another order, if I possibly organize again. But I’m still unsure if I order again. I can not promise.

      @selarp
      According to dhl the shipping is about 20 euro. In addition there are still costs for packaging such as styrofoam plates and wood for the crate. I think overall it will cost around 30-35 euros. However, the mirror must not be too large to avoid an oversize. This is much more expensive.

      @fox
      The order is executed as soon as all can agree on a date together. Since here many want the mirror as fast as possible, I would like to propose here an appointment.
      @All
      How would it be if we let the order still run until january 15th and set next Sunday at 10 pm as a deadline for the orders?

      @drahdiwaberl
      If this works I can not answer you, because it is a special composition of the glass. For me personally it would be too risky and I would rather order the mirror immediately to the desired dimension. But you can try it if you want.

        Dear Goldjunge_Chriz,
        as I said below, I would really like to wait for the lower price which is nearly there.
        We only need another 3 sqm to save 100€.
        thanks for this great idea!

            What size of display are you using for a 0.4m² mirror?

              Hi KrawallKurt,

              in a first stepp, i will just use a part of the 0,4 with an 14" display.
              but i will increase now the size to be able to upgrade later to a 42" IR Frame setup.

              @yawns
              could you please update my record as following
              0.970 x 0.563 = 0.546 m²

                    @cpramhofer
                    I just saw that you changed your size from 0,476 x 0,82 to 1,2 x 0,7. In this size I can not send your mirror any more. This size would mean bulky goods and give a shipping price of approx 100 Euro to Austria (without packaging costs). In order to ship it as an international standard package, a maximum belt size of 300 cm should be adhered to. (Length + 2 * width + 2 * height). Within Germany larger packages can be sent, but unfortunately not in neighboring countries.

                    @schlachtkreuzer6
                    This also applies to you. Your mirror is also too big for shipping to Austria.

                    I’m sorry for you both.

                    Would you like to reduce your mirrors or should I remove you from the list?
                    Or would you like to spend your holiday in beautiful Germany and pick up the mirror here? :)

                        Hallo an alle!

                        Bin auch an dem Spiegel interessiert. Ich benötige einen mit 1,1m x 0,7m mit polierte Kanten.
                        Ich bin von Österreich und würde den Spiegel, wenn es keine Möglichkeit zum versenden gibt, auch selber abholen und mir gleich Köln anschauen :-)
                        Brauchen würde ich den Spiegel so bald als möglich -> Rahmen und Fernseher sind fertiggestellt ;-)

                        Mit bestem Dank im Voraus!

                          Hallo @XxX_Cobra_XxX
                          Deine Größe ist wie in meinem Post von gestern abend beschrieben leider ebenfalls zu groß zum versenden per Standartversand. Deshalb wäre Abholen natürlich super !

                          Könntest du in diesem Zug vielleicht sogar die beiden Spiegel der anderen beiden Jungs aus Wien mitnehmen ? Dann wäre das Versandproblem hier ebenfalls gelöst :)

                            Ja klar ist kein Problem wenn die beiden einverstanden sind und die Transportkosten (Spritkosten) mit mir teilen würden.

                            Liebe Grüße Cobra

                              Ich würde laut GoogleMaps direkt auf deinem weg nach Wien liegen.

                                  Is it possible to get holes drilled in the corners to put it up against a wall ?
                                  Or how hard is it to do this by myself ?

                                    Holes aren’t possible. The glass will break with a drilling maschine. Maybe you find someone near you who does lasercutting or something like this. But I don’t know if this will work.

                                      @GEWLAR possible yes… but it´s not easy and if it breaks its expensive (Household insurance->Glass break?) you need a glass drill and do it by hand but it´s better if you using a stand drill machine. alt text normal glass is no problem, with the mirror and it´s layer maybe it could be a problem. somewhere here in this forum drilled a hole for the PIS sensor, ask him :)

                                        Sorry, muss mich leider wieder aus der Liste austragen lassen da ich eine Firma gefunden habe die mir den Spiegel Mirropane CHROME SPY von Pilkington mit einem Transmissionswert von 8% und der Maße 110mm x 70mm und einer dicke von 4mm inkl. Versand nach Österreich um 120€ angeboten hat.

                                        Genau dieser Spiegel hat bei einem Test auf folgender Seite am besten abgeschnitten:

                                          Also ich habe alle drei Produkte von Pilkington getestet und im Büro liegen, sprich den Mirrorpane Chrom Spy und den Mirrorview in der Normalversion und in der 50/50 Version. Mich persönlich haben alle drei nicht wirklich überzeugt. Der Chrom hat einen nicht zu übersehenden Gelbstich und die beiden Mirrorview sind entweder für dunkle oder helle Räume geeignet, keiner der beiden vereint beide Eigenschaften. Ich wünsche dir natürlich trotzdem viel Spaß mit dem Modell. Viele Grüße
