@guongthongminh
??? You are working aboutMMM-Hotword, notMMM-AssistantMk2right?
If Google says something, you’ve activated MMM-AssistantMk2. It means…
You played like this?"smart mirror, tin tuc!"? This is not the usage you are doing.
I answered How to use hotword to control other modules until now, and your current approach is totally wrong.
So what you want exactly? Using Google Assistant totin tuc? (I think its not needed because you’ve already your .pmdl made) -
@Sean Sorry for my mistake. I want the result to be the same as the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdLz0bdxO58
-
@guongthongminh
It’s better to ask author of clip how to do it. -

@Sean OK, right now, the hotword is fine for calling the module.
But I still can’t get the url from newsfeed and send the PAGE_READER_LOAD notification with that url as a payload.
Can you help me with the rest? -
@guongthongminh the newsfeed module is looking for a notification event with type
“ARTICLE_INFO_REQUEST” -
@sdetweil oh great, but how to put it in the config file to use.
-
hotword???: // when I hear this hotword notificationExec: { // do this, send notification with this code and this payload notification: “ARTICLE_INFO_REQUEST”, payload: null, } -
@sdetweil I understand this but what I need to do is call PAGE_READER_LOAD get the url from ARTICLE_INFO_REQUEST to display on MagicMirror.
Can this idea be implemented or not possible but I have to use other methods to get url from newfeeds? -

@guongthongminh I do not know. I have never seen a request to get info and then use that info to send another request
-
@sdetweil My ideas have been implemented.
Can you help me how to instruct the hotword to return to the mirror screen after full screen display? -
@guongthongminh no, sorry, i have about 1% skill in those modules…
-
@sdetweil
How to run a python file at the same time with MM -
@guongthongminh I run my PIR py script first then I load the Mirror…if that helps… so basically I have 2 terminal windows open…
-
@cowboysdude
If the mirror opens automatically with pm2, how can I make the python file run at the same time as it?
Is there a way for a python file to run after the operating system boots up? -
-
@guongthongminh u can use pm2 to launch the python file too
