@pandeyprakhar00 Thanks. But in the video you are using a glass. I have an acrylic sheet which is slightly bigger than the monitor.
The sheet is 18"x 24" and the monitor is 24" (which is 12.5" x 21.5 ").BTW: I did see your video and liked it. especially the dimensions and calculations with excel sheet…

Be sure to add a little room in your frame for wood expansion. Changes in humidity (and the fact that you’ve cut the wood into pieces) will make it expand slightly. If you don’t account for this, the wood will push on the sides of your acrylic, warping it.
It shouldn’t take much to give it enough slack. Maybe half a centimeter all around.

For Acrylic sheet you will need to build a complete frame, after taking allowances as suggested by @bhepler
