Looks great!
Do you know what screen you are using, and what the reflectance % and the other numbers are on the mirror? -
@Snille Yes i am controlling the strip with the I/O-Pins :-)
I have taken these instructions as a help: Raspberry Pi & RGB LED-Strips -
@Blauenfeldt Thank you :-)
I am not 100% sure because i bought it by a local dealer and i dont have this informations on the invoice. But i think it is ~20% light transmission.
I also ordered some test pieces by glastroesch.ch and my mirror is about like the 20% from this dealer:
glastroesch.ch - SpionspiegelI am using an old 24" BenQ-Screen which i bought on eBay - I can see tonight if I can find a more detailed description.
Hope this will help you :-)

Hey great project! Been wanting to do a bathroom project myself.
Does the humidity affect the mirror in any way?
I was thinking of adding 2 small fans or making it air tight but i should test if the RPI and hardware like that…Cheers!

Thank you @ezraholm50 :-)
Sorry for the late answer, didnt check the notifications.So far, i have not noticed any effect on humidity. after a long shower, the system temperature is 3-4 degrees clecius higher, but that is not a problem in my eyes. But i also have ventilation holes at the top of the mirror and a vent in the bathroom.

@kwaeksler Great mirror! Looks really good.
Can you tell me- what glass you used?
- which program for drawing?
- which wood parts for the frame?
-
@kwaeksler : Nice looking mirror.
could you give me more details on the buttons you’ve used for controlling? and how to connect & configure them.
