Cant get to Rotate!

I have built around 10 magic mirrors. My newest one using raspberry pi 3b. I can not find a code that lets me rotate it all. Nothing works. Do any of you guys have any ideas? It’s like stuck in default deskstop. The client doesn’t want that?
