      Hi guys,
      i want to misuse the custom news feed module as a live ticker for occuring events. Therefore i have to say that my magicmirror should be less an mirror but an infoscreen at my construcion site.

      In our daily business we have a lot of unforseen changes in our schedule.
      To inform all of us i thought it would be a good idea to display a ticker.

      Is it possible to use the news feed module for that purpose? Or do i think completly complicated and such ticker could be solved another way?

      Maybe you can give me some inputs.
      Thanks in advance.

        @pauabaer newsfeed displays an rss feed… do you have one of those for your work scheduling?

        the defautl module doesn’t do a ticker…

        from the 3rd party list maybe

          @sdetweil
          We do not have a rss feed. I searched a bit before i wrote here and was wondering whether the only solution might be creating a rss feed.

          Do you think so to?

              the tricky bit would be exporting the data from your work scheduler. Once you have the text you want accesibly by the MM than your more than half way there.
