          Cannot find module ‘html-to-text’

ok… in the mm folder do

          npm install html-to-text

          then try again

but it sounds like the npm install of the upgrade failed…
which would have happened if the node 20 install failed

so you have to fix the node 20 install (with the other script)

          and THEN

          cd ~/MagicMirror
          rm -rf node_modules
          npm run install-mm

@JoeFranz yeh, thats all the stuff my upgrade script takes care of…

but node 20 is a mess

node 18 on buster doesn’t install

              apt get update

sets up to install node 20.5.1…

@JoeFranz try the upgrade script again, with force instead of apply

it will remove and and add the right version of node the right way, including on buster

                please advise your results…

@JoeFranz you copy/paste the upgrade apply command string
                    and change apply to force

all the commands are copy paste so you don’t need to download anything
