Module for PC Monitoring

Newbie here. I am looking for a module to show things like disk usage, memory usage, current CPU usage, internet traffic. Things that conky shows.
I found this https://github.com/BenRoe/MMM-SystemStats but it doesn’t work for me. It’s 5 years old so that’s not surprising.
Are there any modules that do this type of thing?
