Wrong time format of calendar items

I’ve in config.jstimeFormat: 24,But in default calendar module I can see today appointment at 05:00, but should be 17:00. What I did wrong? In Outlook I can see it at 17:00

@zdenek It’s a known bug and already fixed. It will be published in the next release. In the meantime you could use the development branch with
git checkout develop -
