Not displaying characters with accents (é,á,ó etc)

I’m having problems displaying characters with accents for example:
Béta
The é gets displayed as a white diamond

Are you referring to a particular module?

@MichMich Currently only showing the diamond symbol in the newsfeed. Haven’t tested other modules

@MichMich Thanks. But shouldn’t it work by default? RSS feed is from a Dutch site (Tweakers)
