그리고 이게 원하시던 모듈은 맞나요? 저는 이걸 안쓰지만, 이 모듈은 아주 사용처가 제한된(더블린 버스 시간표용???) 모듈이라 범용적으로 쓰기에 적당하지는 않은 모듈입니다.

요즘 중국애들이 스팸을 많이 올려서 뭔가 필터에 걸렸나봐요.
한국어인식이 가능한 STT API는 잘 모르겠습니다. 현재로서는 Google Cloud Speech API 가 가장 나은 것 같습니다. 일단 가입만 하면 1년간 300$어치를 그냥 주고, 의외로 비싼 편은 아닙니다.
뭔가 큰 도움은 되지 못하는 답변이네요.

@wireshark 네. 그런데 최소 단위가 15초라서, 결국 60분 무료라는 이야기는 240번 무료로 Query 할 수 있다는 뜻입니다.
신용카드가 세개 있으시면 계정을 세개 파서 무료로 180분 쓰시면 한달에 720회 쿼리, 하루에 약 25회 정도 무료 쿼리가 되는건데, 그 정도면 충분하지 않나 싶네요. -

MMM-Assistant를 쓰신다면 복수의 API Key값을 등록하면 round-robin 형태로 돌려쓰게 해놓았습니다. -
