      Anybody tried to make a two way mirror by just removing the paint layer from a standard mirror? If you leave the silver layer it’s supposed to give the same effect as a two way mirror but I’d like to know if the see through effect is good enough for a magic mirror

        how you can remove the silver layer without destroying the mirror ?
        if you remove silver layer you get normal glass no ?

          @maros Normally on a commercial mirror you have glass-silver layer-paint layer
          I’m talking about removing only the paint layer without touching the silver layer

            Ok but you know silver layer isn’t transparent
