Images stopped working the other day. I don’t see anything in the logs or dev window. Any thoughts?

Seems like the module might not be maintained anymore by developer but seems like they’re several active contributors. How do I fix the image issue when I don’t see much in the logs? Willing to learn and fix this as there are not really any news options for the MM anymore. Thanks, Scott
