@Mykle1 That is super helpful thanks. I realized the problem of the light getting messed with by the glass but I couldn’t think of a way to work around that, but your idea of testing it out with an iPad or something is super helpful!!!

I am very new to the Magic Mirror Community and had a few questions about the Glass/Acrylic/2-way mirror material used.

For my “magic mirror” I have no need for the mirror capability, I just want to put it behind a piece of smoked glass or something to a similar effect. would that work at all or no?
IF it does work at all what would be the best option/solution to my problem.

Any advice to a beginner about any thing would be greatly appreciated.
