In your experience are the usb drives more reliable?

Has anyone had any running a magic mirror from a usb drive? I have had sd crashes every month or so for a year. I have to find a more option.

Revived again. I have xscreensaver installed and the screensaver disabled. It still blanks the screen after a day.

My config for weatherforecast is not working. The odd thing is that current weather is. I can not see the console with F12. I thought this was a keyboard config issue but I have tried several settings and F12 is not bringing up the console.
