RE: Artificial Intelligence MMM Video
I really like this and would totally do it. Haven’t watched all the video yet but noticed on their blog they just added onto the end that “oh yeah by the way it’s too much for a Pi” we had to use a Mac.
Wondering if they gave any instructions on how to get it running on a Mac. -
RE: 'Smart Mirror" in Toronto (or Canada?)
Just moved from Toronto back to the east coast (Nova Scotia). I’ve built mine from a piece of 2 way glass from a local glass place but was intriqued by this type of glass as well. And of course I wanna build a bigger one from a 32" tv instead of a 24" monitor. I think the glass was $250 and another $250 to ship so shipping killed that dream. Be nice to find a source in Canada…or try Gila film on a thin piece of glass or plastic.

RE: Hollywood MM + Mac Display
@Abuitime looks great! I was checking out shipping prices for a Vanity Mirror from www.twowaymirrors.com looking to improve my two way mirror and their shipping price was more than the mirror to Canada. You guys are lucky down there!!

RE: Alexa Goes Handsfree!
@KirAsh4 saw this the other day…but was never able to get Amazon’s way of it going using Java. Always getting an error with my USB sound device. Gonna try NovaSpirit’s method and might live with the button for now

being a DJ, that calendar is cool. and love that DVR calendar. Any tips or can you share your config on how you did that?
