Where did that modeOptions thing come from? ChatGPT. It gave me quite a few wrong answers. Some days I have great luck with it and other days I do not.

I had this problem and discovered I had my longitude and latitude reversed, putting me in the middle of the ocean, where traffic is pretty light. :)
