Hello,
Sorry for my nooby question but can you install magic mirror on a pc?
I have an old laptop and want to set it up as a magic mirror, how should I install it? Do I need a certain os?
Also, is it worth using it or should I get a raspberry pi? I don’t have any use for the laptop as the screen is broken but maybe the power consumption is too high. I have no clue at all.
I really appreciate your answers, I tried to search similar threads but I couldn’t find any.

You are welcome. I guess you will need to find out on your own if the laptop fullfills your requirements. Power consumption is one aspect, another is loudness and heat due to fans in your laptop.
