      Hi guys, wanted to give MM2 a shot since I already had a RPI2 gathering dust :/
      Would really like to have the interface in my native language (Norwegian).
      What would I have to do to use my own translation instead of the other ones?

        • Copy translations/en.json to translations/no.json.
        • Modify the translations/no.json to Norwegian translations.
        • Add your translation to translations/translations.js.

        And don’t forget to send us a pull request so others can use it as well! :) (Do do this, you need to make a fork of the repository: https://help.github.com/articles/using-pull-requests/)

          @MichMich Did all of the above yesterday, the only result I got was that the wind direction notations only showed as small squares. The rest stayed in English. We use a special character for east (Ø), so maybe that had something to do with it?
          I’ll doublecheck everything when I get off from work, might just be I made a mistake somewhere :)

            I quickly tried using the Ø to see if it would give any problems, but it just works fines. (Tested on both the Raspberry and my Mac).

              @MichMich Thanks, got it working fine now. Made a pull request also, might do Swedish and Danish as well as that’s pretty similar to Norwegian : )

                Does Norwegian have some special characters? What I want to solve is that the special characters of Germany are displayed at the “compliments”.

                I tried to change some occurrences of “UTF-8” to “ISO-8859” but this didn’t work.

                I would appreciate it if someone give me an answer in the near future, because the MM is the birthday present to my girlfriend.

                        After years of programming & translations I learned a lot. In my own language (frisian) we do use some of these a lot, and in the other language (Dutch) we don’t use them often.

                        But for every starter it can Be a huge problem to solve this very Tiny issue.

                        I Hope you did finish your translation and Made a PR.
