AlexaPi failing to start?

@johnnyboy I don’t have alexa, but that stands out from your log is

CRITICAL: AVS refresh_token not found ...).
ERROR: URLError: [Errno 111] Connectio...ed

Did you create issues on github on the module repositories, as they got it to wok somehow?
