npm can't find my package.json file

I installed the MagicMirror program onto my raspberry pi through the command line and when I try to run it, it gives me an error that the npm can’t find my package.json file but I have it in my MagicMirror file.

Okay so I did npm start in the MagicMirror directory and it started working then it froze on this
